**Holiday Season Delivery**

*During peak holiday season, standard delivery and international delivery can take longer than usual.We will start dispatching within a week of receipt of order and standard shipping within UK and EU countries*.Contact us if you have any questions.

Within the UK:

Ground shipping over £33 within the UK: Free

Ground shipping under £33 within the UK:£3.00 Flat rate

Expedited orders within the UK: Two-day shipping (not inclusive of processing times at warehouse) for a £6.99 flat rate 

Outside the UK (EU 27 countries*):

Standard shipping (5-7 days):£4.99 Flat rate

Kindly note that Rogue Pixel is unable to replace lost or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

Refunds and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 28-day return policy. You may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original packaging intact.

To return an item, please email us at rogueadmin@rogue-pixel.com. After receiving a returns label, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided by our team.

Please use the pre-paid shipping label provided. We cannot reimburse you for international shipping fees.

REFUNDS

We will process your return or exchange after receiving your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at rogueadmin@rogue-pixel.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

Missing pieces

We know how important it is to get that replacement piece when you need it. Please contact us via rogueadmin@rogue-pixel.com and we will get the replacement piece sent to you as soon as we can.
